Been twice... food & waitstaff been awesome both times! Waiters gave recommendations and were very knowledgeable. Our food was delivered really fast!! Joined the rewards program because we will continue to come back!

We enjoyed our food as usual but our waiter was obviously having a bad day. We ordered a spicy pickle appetizer. Our waiter did not ask what sauce we would prefer, nor did he give my boyfriend time to order the salad he wanted with his entree. We felt rushed. I ordered extra garlic bread with my entree which I did not receive. At the end of our meal, he asked if we were ready for our check. No inquiries about dessert or refills just the check. I have always had a great experience here until tonight. I ordered a drink from the bar, and the ice had black specks in it. I picked the tainted ice out and drank the drink. Hoping for a better experience, I ordered one more drink during our dinner. The second drink also had black specks in the ice! Also, we were charged for the tainted drinks. I probably won't be going back.
Had the best service and pizza Friday night !! Our waiter was on his game ! Can’t remember his name, but it was on Friday, February 16 at 7:00 ! We had a reserved table for 16 under Lori !! Thank you Old Chicago for tolerating our big loud group!! We had fun
