The margaritas we're pathetic the manager took them off my bill. My friend ordered a Long Island Iced Tea and it was just as bad as two margaritas. Not a place for drinks! But the food was good
Have been here for over 3 hours. Have been asked "what did you get again?".... 4 times. Manager involved and all and still continuously our tickets are incorrect. I have never had an experience this bad. However every time we do come, it has always been overcharged, tickets mixed. Something. Your tours are great. But your service sucks.
Worst food ever. Pizza was cold, buffalo chicken rolls had no chicken in them, the sugar packets were ruined by something spilled on them, service was horrible, and the margarita might as well be tequila on crushed ice... n i ordered strawberry... never again!
Our server was vary kind and patient 18th my sister and I. I had are at Old Chicago in Ames a few times and enjoyed. The food is yum, and the service is very good. Thank you!!!
I hadn't been to Old Chicago for years. They don't have them back east. I got the Italian Nachos & they were delicious. Our waitress was awesome. Had a great dinner.
We love this place and the wait staff. They treat you like they're your friends even if you have never met them before! Great service and very knowledgeable of the food and beer items that change so frequently!
