Worst experience ever. This place is a mess, with poor management and rude staff. We never did get our order and ended up just leaving.

I called in a carry out on a Sunday, placed my order giving them my name and phone number. 20min later I went to pick up my food, I paid and waited. 15min went by and the hostess came out and told me they were out of the food I ordered(35min after my order was place and after I PAID) I waited 10 more min for them to refund me the cash I paid, because of such a terrible experience I asked to speak to a manager about why I was not CALLED about my food and why I was made to wait a total of 45min to get absolutely no food. IF I COULD GIVE -10 STARS I WOULD!!! I Went to old Chicago yesterday in Merle Hay.........probably one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to in my entire life! We went for a birthday celebration which was ruined due to horrific food and just the whole experience. The place didn’t have any beers on tap! 4 months ago they had a great staff. Now they are all lazy and don't want to work. I liked going for happy hour at night and was there at least 4x a week but now the claim they close the kitchen early!!! Because they're not busy.. the new bar manager is lazy AF and I only saw her actually working when the big bosses where there. She took my order and asked if I wanted my salad before my meal. Worst service I've ever had at a restaurant. Server messed up all our tickets took her 45 min to get them figured out and she always missed one of our orders and our friend ended up having to take it to go because we were all finished by the time she got it. The server was confused and anxious and none of the employees would help her out. I will never be coming back.

Place seems to be going slowly downhill. Went to pizza buffet today at 1130 and were sat at a booth. Five minutes elapsed and no server. Went to get food because there were only 3 out of 7 food spots that had food. Sat down server arrived and got drink order. Within five minutes there was no food on buffet at all. Several customers were sat and apparently not made aware of that and ended up leaving. Buffet sat empty 5-7 minutes before two pizzas with only partially cooked dough were placed on it.
