I would never order to go again. My husband called for a simple pizza and salad and the guy was to busy talking to someone else instead of getting our order right. I drove across town to get it and he told me $61.50. I wasn't sure if I heard him correctly for all we got should have been around $30. It took him 10 mins just to correct that. One coworker was on his phone playing with Snapchat. We placed an order by phone and were told our pizza would be ready in 20. We got there a little early to learn they’d “tried to call” back because they were out of the deep dish crust. We said fine, we’ll have the Chicago style. Then they came back and said they did have the deep dish after all. It took over 40 minutes to get this taken care of. They offered us a discount which was nice, but when we got home the crust was burnt. We won’t be going back.

Horrible location. Old Chicago at Merle Hay needs to close along with the other stores. We called in an order an hour prior to when we wanted to pick it up. We specifically told them we would pick it up at 3:30. They didn’t have the food ready and all they could say was sorry. 4:00 comes and half of the food they did deliver was no longer hot. This Old Chicago location is horrible. Not only did they 'lose' my call in order, but when I reached out to the manager to find out what happened, I was ignored. They are horrible to customers and I will never visit this location again!

I had a bad experience at the one in Ankeny and thought I’d give this one a try. We walked in and saw there were multiple booths and tables open but were told it was a 20 minute wait because they were understaffed...ok. They seat us 5 minutes later and we ordered sodas. 35 minutes go by and the manager came over and asked how our experience was thus far.... we haven’t even been able to order yet.
