Terrible service. I got my food while my husband didn’t. We ate separately. What a horrible experience

There was a mix up with the kitchen and we ended up having to wait longer for our food, but our waiter Dom and the manager Joshua were amazing at remedying the situation and making sure we left as satisfied customers. Greatly appreciated!!

I always have really good service when I go here. I love the kickoff parties for the mini tours and the mini tours themselves and the prizes for the full beer tour. Wait staff is always friendly. That's why I keep going back.
Sat down 15 min later waiter finally takes order for food and drinks. 25 min later no drinks yet ( just had water ). Service is real bad. Not even busy.

Disaster. Service was terrible. We were there for two hours and they maybe had five tables seated. Not busy at all. Pizza was over cooked and burnt. Never were asked for refills. Beverages took 30 minutes from when we ordered them. Clearly they can’t find good help. The staff was lazy. We asked for a water pitcher since refills were never given they brought out this two gallon container that looked like it was used for God knows what with some ice and water. Disaster.

Food was solid but the service was sub par. It all started with the hostess, I’m sorry that we inconvenienced your phone time by walking in the door, it’s very hard to place us in an area to have someone else take care of us. Our waitress was polite but was far from interested in helping above and beyond. Took more than 10 minutes to initially be helped by our waitress, and then after that is was far between check ups. Currently having the worst service. Waiter too appetizer order then came back with drinks and we added another appetizer with our deep dish pizza and he came back 10 minutes later and said they sold the last one, would I like to substitute it and we did. He then came out with that but never the first one ordered and apologized for that.
