Takes to long an food is cold severs were rude an very absent
Went there to watch the game. They took 40 minutes to get me my appetizer out. The game was over and I was just enjoying my dinner. The food was cold. There was no need to send it back because it would take an hour to remake. The servers are also very rude.
Slow getting food. Kids meals were wrong. They did give us kids meals for free. Waitress was really nice but had trouble getting refills on drinks

I was with family 8 of us and it was not busy at all and took 1/2 hr to get seated. Then all but 1 meal was cold including appetizers. Manager took off 1 meal but we shouldn't have had to pay for any of it means it was cold
GREAT PIZZA! Server was very nice, and the food was awesome.
I used to love Old Chicago but the last 2 times I went sealed the deal. Never coming again. I asked the host if we could sit outside. Only one table was available out there and after waiting 15 minutes I ask if the table is ready and.... They gave it away. Paid for drinks and left. Staff was so rude even after the mishap. Sad day.
Worst service I've ever had. Lost two customers tonight.
The service was ok but when it was time to get the check had to flag some one down for that
