We got the there got seated the waitress couldnt remember to bring straws! The food was horrible in all ways. I found hair in my soda and my BBLT i ordered. We also got 2 appetizers the BBQ wings were cold as hell and the chesse curds were still frozen!!! I would not recommend eating there or leave tips.
This location is severely lacking in service and food quality. We recently tried the location on 132nd and it is night and day. The last 3 visits to the old market location gave been terrible. Will not return to this location.
Our utensils were dirty and what looked like splattered ketchup was all over the light fixture at our table. We waited ten minutes before we asked a server walking by if we could have water. Person who got our beers...she first rinsed her hands off in the beverage despenser (where the water and soda is dispensed into glasses not designated for hand washing!) after putting olives in another customers drink. Waited near 15 minutes at our table. Told the hostess we had yet to be greeted. She said she would let our server know. 5 minutes later, no one arrived. As a former employee at an old chicago I was disappointed. Needless to say we left and took our business elsewhere.
Went out here last night. Pizza wasn't good for the price. Took it home and realized there was no sauce.
Terrible service from the Bar Tender. You have a patio. It's open, serve people without bitching you lazy booze jockey!
Got seated and the hostess was rude, just put the menus on the table and mumbled that our server would be right with us. It took forever to get drinks back. We ordered (in this order) the new sicilian mac n cheese dish and the fettuchini alfredo amd for an appetizer ordered wings. The wings came oit in about 15 minutes. I went for a friend's bachelorette party last night and was completely disappointed with service, food, and drink. When the party with pizza buffet was arranged, the organizer was told that ordering some items off the menu would be fine. This was confirmed when we got there, however, when we started to order the waitress said that she needed a new pen, disappeared for 5 minutes and reappeared with the manager to say we couldn't order off the menu as it was "too confusing." Not busy at all, yet my friend who got here 20 minutes before me and a friend did not get offered a drink or anything the entire time she waited for us. Then, it took approximately 20 minutes for me to get one Bloody Mary, and I asked for a dipping sauce specifically with fried pickles yet still got ranch. Everything has taken forever to get to us--- never eating here again! Worst service ever. It's even taken 20-plus minutes for a mgr to come by to complain to!
