Just left without ordering. Is it normal to wait 10 minutes without even seeing your waiter?! No. It's not. I used to work as a hosted of a restaurant and if the waiter was swamped , we at least took drink orders so the customer could drink while waiting. Last time I went we left without ordering when we sat on the patio and waiting for over half an hour for a waiter. That time we'd asked for one TWICE and were completely waived off. I would not recommend this Old Chicago to anyone. Rude staff, manager was dick, even after I proved he was wrong. Don't waste your time or money here.
Worst service I have ever had. We were here from 3 till 5:30 today. Not one time did we not have to find someone to get us a drink. $100 tab, only 2 of us
At first I thought this place was okay until tonight where our group called ahead saying we have a party coming in at night. We came in and waited 45 minutes. We asked to speak to the manager and apparently the manager told one of the employees to tell our group to wait another 15 min. Not even the manager came and told us

That place is sick, rude and nothing but a joke! Its the worse service ever; the manager is so rude providing bad service and recommendation at the same time the hosts don't give me, my family and friends an available table, instead they give the table to the other customers behind us. . . The servers are so hostile making offensive and rude comments to me, my family and friends and kept us waiting on our apppetizers and entrées for long periods of time. . . They take so long to get the food on the table, sometimes i have to wait 30 minutes to get my food
I'm going to give it a 2, because the food is at least decent. This is a regular spot for my family and I and although the food is nothing special and the service is never overly spectacular, last night was ridiculous. The only reason we do go is for the beer tours, but I don't think it's worth it anymore. Our waitress had maybe 2 other tables besides ours and we sat for 10 minutes before being greeted. Then we sat for another 10 minutes waiting for our beers to be delivered which were sitting 3 feet away from us on the end ... read more
