Worst service I have ever received. No one acknowledged our party at the door even though it was slow and there was a waitress standing right there. Our kids menus were already colored on and folded back up before given to us. The waitress spilled on my phone on the table, she smiled and said sorry but did not clean it up. I don't eat at restaurants who don't at least treat their law enforcement with the same respect as other patrons.
After hearing/reading from people who work with the Omaha police and Dispatch about how awful their staff were to some female police officers who went there for lunch the other day, I will never eat there again.
October 31st, 2015. Blatant disrespect by the staff against dining police officers. A small group of female police officers displaying badges and duty firearms came to dine. It was slow as there were only two or three other occupied tables. They ordered salads and sandwiches. After an HOUR without receiving their full orders, they requested their orders to go. I wish there was a no star option. The way your establishment treated our law enforcement is disgusting. And the managers excuses are laughable. Won't be stepping foot in an old Chicago again.
We went on a recommendation from another restaurant because it was too late for dinner elsewhere... Wow, what a sports bar! Great selection of beers and food. The garlic fries were crisp and delicious. They even split a full size salad for my friend and I. Definitely coming back if I'm ever in Omaha again.
Let me preffiss this by saying I have been in this industry for 15 years both front and back of house and have work in every position a restaurant has this evening my family and I as well as my extended family dined here later in the evening after the major rush about 7:30pm as we have done successfully in the past. Walked into eat lunch there today because my kids really wanted to eat pizza. Especially our 2 year old and it is his Birthday today!! Waited about 5 mins with no one to seat us. A male waiter walked by us 3 times and never acknowledged us. Lady at the bar saw us too and never said anything or got someone to help us. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Don't think we will ever return.....thanks for ruining my children's day & my sons birthday lunch!!
They were so accommodating and even had their back bar reserved for us! It was a great place to eat and to start our night!
