Terrible service, got our drink right away ordered my kids food and appetizer with the drinks. Had to have a manger take our order as we rarely seen our server. Took 35 mins for their food to come out. After a total of an hour or little over of still waiting for our food we told the server to cancel our order, asked for the manger bc we wanted our ticket and were ready to leave. Was told he would be over after 20 mins he still didn't come my wife had to go looking for him. The server only came by once for refills.
Waited over an hour for food, brought the wrong appetizer then corrected the issue then charged me for both appetizers and only took the wrong one off my bill. Then the table behind us came and got food in less than 20 minutes. Do not want to come back here.

Disgusting establishment. Dirty kitchen, dirty bathrooms and dirty dining room. Word has it that their kitchen staff are required to do double duty cleaning the toilets without proper sanitation equipment. If you've ever gotten sick after eating here, it's a safe bet that's why.
Went yesterday with family (Sunday afternoon). Not really that crowded but server was new didn't really know the menu that well. They were out of 3 items we ordered, took forever to get our order and most of it was cold when it got there. Iced tea tasted old and pizza was almost burnt. If you want Old Chicago go west.
Mohammed gave us an amazing experience and went above and beyond. He's a genuinely heartwarming person.
