Service is sub par here for sure. Restaurant was not very full and still waited over 45 minutes for our food. They didn't have the beer on tap that we wanted even though they have 89 beers on tap. They also didn't have what my husband ordered so he had to order something else. He got his food after a half hour wait. I had to wait another 15 minutes by which time his food was cold. My wife was there today and they waited way to long to get their food and when it did arrive it was warm. I was there not to long ago and the same thing happened plus it took forever for the wait staff to respond. Will think twice before I return here Manager did apologize and did comp their meals. Said that it was due to a large party. Sorry but that’s not a good excuse. Still will think twice
Food is decent. Both times I've stopped in previously i've waited at the door for close to 10 minutes without being greeted and watched servers and bartenders walk past me with no acknowledgement. Tonight I waited in the bar area and made eye contact with several employees and nothing. Finally sat myself at a lounge table. It was close to ten minutes before I was served. Everything from that point was fine but third time was enough for me.
By far not the best Old Chicago I have been to. Staff not attentive at all
Came here for a good night with my boyfriend and his friends but that wasn’t what we got. We waited about 20 minutes for drinks and some of our friends got up and left. My boyfriend and I and one of his friends stuck it out and ordered some food. At this point the manager came out and said that they where pretty much out of everything. It was a Monday night. The food was good as usual. The server we had was amazing and even waited on us after we had paid
This is the second time I have been to this location. The first time the service was slow and our food was cold. I was not impressed then, but it has been over a year since that experience so we thought we would give it another try today. Today all we order were 6 wings and we waited 45 minutes!! I will never be going back.
Last Saturday had a great time at my daughters baby shower! Service and food were awesome! The huge party room was perfect!
