It’s so sad what has happened to this surgery. It used to be fantastic. But it is now a surgery with doctors that have decided seeing patients is very much down the list. First the receptionists with their years of medical training will assess if you might need an appointment. They will do it as rudely and condescendingly as they can. Then if you pass that stage you might get seen by a paramedic who, following their 5 GCSE’s and on the job training will see you and fail miserably given that hmmm yes they are not doctors.
