My mother had a complete knee replacement in Jan 2017. The staff in preop were efficient, the facility was very clean, extra steps were taken to prevent any possible infections, we were well educated prior to surgery. Her surgeon was very accomodating/informative, the inpatient care was a very pleasant night stay for both of us. Prior to discharge she had a small set back, but we were given great care and great education to prepare us for discharge. Great care was given from start to finish at the valee parking. The hospital was amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a staff member walk me downstairs to even take paperwork to admissions. I have never seen so many happy staff in a hospital. I thought it a little interesting that the nurses were documenting on bedside tables In preop but it did not take from their patient care. Very impressive place!!
Totally awesome. Everyone was super nice. Felt like being at home...except for urgery.
We had the best hospital experience at this facility. From valet parking, cleanliness, knowledgeable and caring staff, great family waiting area with patient monitoring stations to track the progress of your family members procedure. Thank you all!
