We have never used this facility before and were not sure what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised. Within 20 minutes of arrival my husband was in his pre-op room. The staff was super courteous and kept me updated the whole time. The thing I appreciated the most was the attention to detail and the follow through. They told me my husband would be able to leave in 30 minutes after his medication had been given. A half hour later the wheelchair arrived and we were escorted to our car. Amazing, CARING, staff!!! Had left carpal tunnel release and go back for the right in a month. They definitely put you at ease the way they treat you. Very organized, too. My mom and I are just ecstatic with this surgery center and the care we received! �
All of the staff here have been fabulous. Very cautious about infection and very caring.
I had an excellent experience at all levels of the hospital. But Erica who was my post op nurse was AMAZING!!! She had a great time with us and was so helpful and friendly! You can tell she truly loves her job!!
I went to see dr Annette Stevens for Lumbar Stenosis; she was incredible! Her staff was amazing, kind, and caring. Scott, such a nice & friendly guy, loved him, came to the lobby to walk us to the office so we didn't get lost trying to find it. They were so accommodating. I can only HOPE that if I need this or anything else done, that I get the chance to go back there!
Wonderful experience! Every person we dealt with was great! Highly recommend using this hospital.
