Unfortunately, this is the 2nd time I have been here for a procedure. However, both times was a great experience, much better than you have at a hospital.
My hubby had back surgery yesterday, this hospital is one of the best we have been too , from the free valet parking , to the free drinks and snacks. The nurses were very nice and helpful. Was always kept up to date to date on what was going on. When we were leaving they brought us right to the front door , where our truck was waiting. Only down side was the wifi didnt work very well.
I was impressed with the escorts from one point to the next step. The friendly people with smiling faces. The vast space filled with great decor, clean rooms. I hopefully I will not need to return,but if I do I'll know it's great.
The 2 people that worked with me during the AM shift threw me into having anxiety attacks. They made me feel like I was a drug addicted. However my Nurse MICKI is absolutely amazing 5 stars for her and my night tech person RUBY excellent I absolutely LOVE her!!!!! They both deserve raises.
Been there multiple times for surgery and the doctors and staff are ALWAYS wonderful, friendly, extremely helpful and yesterday 06/19/17 was no exception! I received TOP NOTCH CARE as always!!!!! Dr. Bishoff is a fantastic caring compassionate surgeon/physician!! The best bedside manner you will ever experience!
Everyone was exceptionally nice and funny helpful. They made the experience less scarey for me. If you ever have to have surgery I recommend this place. Warm blankets warm smiles. It's like they treated you like family.
