Hospital staff good, friendly. Food service food good; customer service not the best no one wants to be put on hold while ordering their dinner so you can talk with another employee Sodexo!#%&@ server to the room was great.
This was the first time here. Everything was great. Nursing staff, doctors, anesthesia etc. were all great. Surgery was about 2 hours late but I understand these things happen. Food was great...I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!! I wrote this morning of day 2. Might change my rating now. I've been waiting on PT all morning just so I can go home!!!! I've been dressed and waiting for over 2 hours. I finally ordered lunch and ate it and I'm still waiting!!!!!! Seems that's all I've done since I arrived here.
Its a good place to have surgery there and the nurses and the doctors are good people

This was my first trip here and being from out of town they did everything they could to accommodate me not vise versa. The staff is amazing explaining every step of what the are doing, about to do and what to expect when it's over. I had Dr. Steven Poulsen for some droopy eyelid surgery needed to improve my vision and was so impressed with him. He himself, not a tech or anyone else but him, the doctor called not only me. Are you freaking kidding me this Fd up hospital just had the most unorganized evacuation!!!!!Nobody even knew why we were having to evacuate! !! They were going to have my son who just had back surgery that cant walk 50 ft walk down 8 flights of stairs and then I went postal on every staff member on the 8th floor over my dead body that was not happening so they finally agreed to leave him in his bed and use the elevator. I will never come back to this hospital ever!!! 5 star my ass!!!
First of all, the dr was very nice and did everything right. Too busy of a place to have the patients concern and we'll being 100%. Surgery went well and was done in a timely maner, recovery was another thing. My husband was in recovery 3.5 hours not due to complications but cause of a VERY SLOW RECOVERY NURSE, WHO ACTED LIKE SHE DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING.
My husband had 2 total knee replacements here and received exemplary care from the cleaning staff to the transporters, techs, nurses, physical therapists and physicians/surgeons. It is a well oiled machine and the employees all seem happy to be working there. My only complaint is I wish they would have better internet service. This hospital is top notch!
Fantastic facility. Requesting this hospital will be a plus.
