RecommendedOur experience at Hillcrest South was fantastic. Caring staff, outstanding PT team and a wonderful discharge planning team who helped us through decisions My husband was at Hillcrest South for Covid 19 and because of their superior treatment and care he was discharged and is now back home with us. We were blessed.
RecommendedI have had all 3 of my babies at Portneuf and the nurses in labor and delivery are beyond amazing! Most recently my son was born 4/16 via c section. I can't thank them enough for the care they provided me and my babies! They are just amazing people! Thank you portneuf for making my experiences so wonderful. ❤️ I had Janet and Nanci specifically but everyone I was in contact with were so great!
The WORST customer service/patient care! Horrible attitudes, please get your staff some training or hire staff with people skills please.
My sister is in your hospital as we speak. She has pretty severe respiratory distress and the doctors suspect lymphoma. They are doing tests. The problem is, Sheri, (your patient) has a mental disability and has the mental capacity of about a 7 year old. Your administration took security to her room and physically removed her husband. She is now scared and alone and she does not have the coping abilities of an adult. We are furious with your administration and your unwillingness to care for those with special needs.

Rooms are very unsanitary they have dried blood all on the floors, trash cans are overflowing with used gloves, energy drinks, used masks and other used products. There’s trash on the floor spiders making webs in the lobby. They don’t care about the patients at all here. Nurses are very rude and short tempered. I’d recommend St. John’s over Killcrest.
