My husband and I went for COVID testing. The sign says to call the number for COVID to get help, no one is answering the phone! We called 4 times. There is only 1 receptionist. Do not recommend.

Made an appointment and asked for curbside. They said that since we didn’t have symptoms we couldn’t get curbside. Waited 2 hours for a coronavirus test when I specifically made an appointment so we wouldn’t have to wait. While we waited I learned people in the waiting room had previously tested positive for coronavirus further exposing myself and my child.
It’s absolutely disgusting that Stephen “Chip” Palmer is able to continue his job caring for people. He brutally assaulted a woman causing broken bones and is charged with Strangulation and Domestic Assault. The people who go to Portneuf deserved to be in the hands of loving caring individuals, not this scum bag. He uses his position to not only manipulate women but members of the community, some of which have been or will be patients.
Came here for curbside testing for COVID-19 for my daughter who was coughing, had a temperature with our home thermometer, chest pain with breathing, and body aches. was told she didn't meet criteria for curbside so "come on inside!" Two hours after our made ahead of time appointment, she finally got the test, but no one ever checked her temperature; no one sanitized the door handles or frequently touched area in the waiting room, seats were not situated for social distancing. I had a botch surgery at Hillcrest South back in January 2020. I was rushed into what i thought was "emergency surgery". My consent of surgery shows i gave a Dr.Mcgee permission to perform a diagnostic laparoscopy with possible appendectomy. Instead i woke up to being told i had a cyst that had ruptured on my LEFT ovary. So Dr.Mcgee consulted with Dr.Harris. So Dr. Harris made the "executive" decision to remove the LEFT ovary.
