RecommendedI have been a long time patient in IV therapy at the hospital, and wouldn't go anywhere else. I bring my children to the ER for emergencies, and always been treated very well.
RecommendedMoved to the area in May and looking for a doctor here. Made an appointment online in Feb. for this morning (Mar. 24). Called the clinic yesterday to make sure my type of appointments were still being seen and was told to come in this morning. When I arrived, everyone was friendly but the computer said my appointment is next week (Mar. 31). Given my recent visit to Pascack Valley Medical Center during this COVID-19 National Health Emergency, I cannot recommend your hospital because I had concerns about the symptoms and called to find out about testing. A member of your emergency department told me to come in and be tested. I arrived on 3/17/2020, sat in the waiting area with a mask on, and waited for 30+ minutes before being asked if I have any symptoms. I did not. RecommendedMy experience was great! Everyone was very kind and extremely professional! I had to go to the ER because I thought my ankle might be broken, which it was, during the Coronavirus isolation orders. I have an autoimmune disease and was worried about being at the ER. However, I was the only patient... which put my husband and myself at ease. I did not have to wait for a room and from start to finish I was there less than an hour! I get there is a pandemic going on. I have been sick all week and cant breathe. Doubt its the Corona. Go to ER and RN tells me to put my mask over my nose as well as my mouth. Very rudely I might add. I told her I have anxiety with stuff over my nose, and she straight up said I DONT CARE, PUT IT ON OR LEAVE! I put it on, started sweating and went into a full blown panic attack. Did they try and help me? No they kicked me out!
