great people at the front desk, great people that take you back into the urgent care, got my covid test done and it was painless both the nose swab and the blood drawn, Ikisha and everyone here did a great job and were extremely nice and helpful

I took my child to be tested for COVID-19 and after the test they told me it would take 5-7 days to come back from Quest diagnostic. This is way too long to wait to see if your child has it or not. For me I am high risk so I had to scrub 5-6 times a day to make sure I did not get it. I still don't have his test results back and the last person I talked to (a man) was rude and would not give me information to call Quest he told me to look it up online. If you are considering a heart doctor do not choose this one. If I could rate this doctor less than 1 star - I would. Dr. Gard and his staff are absolute liars and crooks. We first went to see Dr. Gard because over several years my husband was having episodes where his heart would start to hurt and he would collapse. Dr. Gard explained a loop monitor that would be implanted over his heart in his chest and would be there for 3 years. During the 3 years he would be monitored regularly. I was responsible and made an appt. I needed to be tested out for Covid 19, to show i was over it. they wouldn't let me in the facility. its 110 outside, car overheated and it has been 2 hours since my appt. still sitting in the parking lot while walk-ins come and go. I called the receptionist after an hour telling her how hot it is out here and i was told "they'll get to you as soon as they can". I will never go there again and would recommend against anyone else going.

I had a Covid test on 6-16 after I had waited 3 hours in my car. The test was sent to Premier Labs LLC and as of 7-3 still no results. I finally cancelled the test as it didn’t matter at that point since quarantine was over. My friends, who were also exposed, went to CVS and had results within days. I placed many calls to this location, the supervisor of the facility and the lab. After the test sits there for weeks shouldn’t it be negative anyways since the incubation period is 14 days???
