Manager has zero customer service skills. Don’t go here unless you want to be pissed off.
My husband and I bought a new car and decided to take it through this car wash. After pulling out, we stopped to look at it and noticed many minor scratches. When we contacted the management we were told that it’s not possible that it’s from the wash. Today my husband drove up there to show the scratches and was told that it’s probably from a cat or something. Our car is garage kept so that’s not possible.
