There was bird poop all over my car after leaving the wash. I was frustrated but figured whatever, I'd just take it somewhere else. I never even left the lot, and went back and asked for a refund, and the guy just looks at me and says, "I can't refund you, can I have my soap back?" Which made me mad and I didn't handle it well. This car wash broke my mirror off my truck told my I need to tape my mirrors down and fold them in. My mirrors were already folded in and they proceeded to tell me I need to have them taped down. All they did was put it back on and walk away. No apology or sympathy for other people’s vehicle first and last time I’ll ever go their.
RecommendedI've been coming here since the car wash opened, coming weekly to clean my three cars including a unmarked police car. Several months ago on a weekend, i paid and the employee Brian figured that I had came through without paying. which is impossible. it was not a pleasant exchange of words. So today Brian recognized me and apologized for how he came across. That shows you people do remember when their wrong. Brian thanks for your apology.
RecommendedI have had a few car wash memberships, and okie is the best. The process is easy and each wash is consistent- which is a lot to ask at most other places. I recently had a problem with my billing, and they had it fixed in no time. Absolutely no hassle to me. If you are looking for a solid, car wash membership, this is the only one in Oklahoma that I would recommend.
Recommendedconvenient location, clean lot, friendly people, great vacuums (that actually suck dirt off the carpet) air hoses that help get water out of crevices (door jams, mirrors etc) really good washes....great convenient hrs...
