Has gone down hill big time!!!
went today to get my vehicle washed paid 20.00 only to come home to a deep scratch by the top not happy tried calling no answer
RecommendedWe've never had a bad experience here ! Hands down best car wash around. If I've forgot my towels to dry off my car they've always gave me one or two. Very friendly staff everytime!!
I have used this car wash on several occasions with no issues. I had an issue with some very minor scratches on the side of my new vehicle about a week ago after a car wash. I assume there was a very dirty car in front of me which may have left some grit on one of the car wash brushes. The staff went above and beyond in taking care of the issue. This is a great example of superb customer care you seldom see anymore. I will continue to use and recommend Okie Express in Choctaw. Thanks again!
My mother and I Came to wash our cars and was turned away. They claim due to them being busy they did not have time to wash our “heavy mud” car. What’s the point of being a car wash if you don’t want to wash cars? Was very disappointed. Shout out to Express Zips Car wash for not turning us away!
The front of my 2018 vehicle has just as many bugs as it did before I went. I don’t think spraying some stuff for 2 seconds is going to get it clean.

RecommendedI have never been a fan of automatic car washes however I have used this Car Wash just about every day for the last 9 months and as of today it has never scratched my vehicle................ and I enjoy the fact that every single time I'm up there your people are just as nice as can be being soaking wet in the cold and still having a smile way to go............. and the way your car washes design in the afternoon with the sun shining right in the tunnel where they are must be hot but yet they still always smile great job....... read more
