FYI: For any wash below $20, don't expect a clean windshield. They do not use the bug wash on lower prices washes.
I drove up today to get my truck washed as I do every other week. A guy who claims is manager said I can’t unless I remove hitch. The hitch it is rolled under the truck as always for last 50 prior times I’ve been here . The so called manager (tweeker) has an attitude said to back up the lane to get out you can’t go through car wash. I will never wash my vehicle again here. On Sunday June 13th 2020 I went into the Okie Express Carwash on Main Street just west of 24th Avenue in Norman. My car was in great condition when it went in. Afterwards the encasement around my trunk lock was off. And now my trunk lock doesn’t work properly and the encasement is gone. Do not recommend! This is the outcome of the 21$ wash I got on my brand new 2020 GMC. A nasty Sticky film all over my car. I’ve tried calling and calling and even went back up there and got no one. Will not be visiting again.
Employees have bad attitudes toward people tell me to go somewhere else I will nest time. Do not waste your time or money here.
I've never had problems out of this place until today. The wash stopped midway in and i sat there for a few minutes until the employee restarted it. I left after the wash because the vacuums were closed. When i got out of the vehicle i noticed the brush caused a lot of damage to my paint from the front fender, major on the door, and the rear fender.
