I got a brand new car 2 weeks ago brand new off the truck wrapped in plastic still! No scratches no dings no nothing! My car is garage kept I brought it to this car wash and it left scratches all over my car some of them one of the guys there got them out the one on the hood is deep and will not come out! The guy told me they just got new brushes so it was probably because of that! I just had to go up there again to try to talk to the owner, he was supposed to call but never did.. I paid for the $20 manager special my car is still dirty. The whole front is dirty. Also they broke my antenna and I didn't even notice until this morning. Wouldn't recommend.
The vacuums are terrible! No power at all... my vacuum cleaner at home would work better.

Today was my 3rd or 4th time to use Okie and I probably will not use it again. I got the $20 manager special and paid another $5 for the wax protection and I came out with the same bugs on my car that were there before I washed it. $25 wasted. I will find somewhere else to go too.
