Well, we are super impressed with the team of Okehampton Medical Centre. With our long experiences & international experiences. The quality of all the staff, from Admin & Clinical are Friendly, Engaging & very Proactive to help all our clinical needs.

Our appointment was 9:45 we came at right time and still waiting for our doctor more than half an hour. Everyone who come 5-10 min later than us they already been invited by the doctors and already left the building. So im just wondering its all of this because our names aren’t James, Hennry, Mark etc… this is unusual!!! Been visiting hospitals many times in Cornwall and never faced such a situation. Normally i dont like complaining, I appreciate everyones hard work but as i said this is unusual situation.

Thank you, I tried to use the online triage system this afternoon, unfortunately the system was down. After ringing I received a call back within 5 minutes and was told to come straight up for an examination. Saw a lovely nurse within 10 minutes, everyone was helpful although I could see they were really busy.

Less than helpful after making contact via systeme connect. Because I was not available for a telephone appointment at 1.30pm today was told I would have to make contact again when I was available. Surely an appointment could have been booked.
