OGS have looked after my car for the past few years with care and courtesy. Last week, my car broke down. Ella was so kind and helpful. Mechanics examined the car immediately and diagnosed a serious problem with the gearbox. They quickly and efficiently located a non standard part, repaired the car and returned it to me. They kept me aware of what was happening, and did the job faster than they had estimated. Their pricing was absolutely fair for the work. I have recommended them to friends and family who live locally.
Many thanks to OGS for sorting my Jaguar IPace. Fixed a high Voltage error, passenger door and brakes. Highly recommend and I know they did numerous tests on the vehicle before they advised it was fixed unlike Jaguar. Great service all the way and great YouTube channel.

Wow..what an experience. Nissan juke hybrid was not engaging EV under 2 mph speed. This was so weird and annoying. I showed this to Nissan and they wanted to start with engine harness and gave me a quote for £7k and it wasn't even something confirmed that if that's been done the issue will be resolved.
