When selling products they are very good. I like the fact that you can take away items from the shop the same day. 4 months ago I bought a dishwasher from them, which has now developed a reccuring fault. The only way this can be addressed is for me to contact the company and battle with them over warrantly repair. I now realise that the way small and large retailers operate is the same.
