This place sucks so bad. I have been here three times in one moth. I’ve been here writhing around in this stupid bed the entire time, being treated like some junky off the street instead of the STAGE IV CANCER patient that I really am. They have zero empathy from the bottom up. I’m even told that THERE ARE NO DRS HERE AT NIGHT!! How pathetic and Un empathetic can this place get? RecommendedI received great care from the nurses before and after ablation heart surgery and a pacemaker placement. Dr. Forestall and staff at Northern Utah Cardiovascular Associates are all great too. Danielle, Elaine, Eric, Xavier, Chantelle, device clinician and front office. I especially appreciate the refund payment I got right before Christmas the billing dept. promised if I over paid the pre-payment before heart ablation. Thank you!
The doctors we experienced were fantastic. My mother came by ambulance, with a prosthetic hip out of the socket. Having previously been to another hospital and having it be a 7 hour disaster with no progress, we asked to come here. The nurse staff, the X-ray staff, The respiratory therapist, and the doctors here were wonderful. Plus, they got her hip fixed within 10 minutes, not 7 torturous hours We definitely trust this hospital more than the one closer to my house in Ogden. I appreciate all they did to help my mother.

I was in the psychiatric unit and one of the social workers leading group therapy began personally attacking one of the other patients in front of the whole group. When I went to leave group I told him he needed to stop and act better especially seeing as he is a professional. He told me he could do whatever he wished, waved me out and said goodbye. Everyone in the room was uncomfortable and they had to take statements from everyone to report to his supervisor. It was horrible.
