I have always had a great experience with this hospital I won't go to another one but I had my gallbladder removed two weeks ago and while I was in recovery the nurse I had wasn't the best at all. She completely forgot about me. All I had to do was eat get up and walk and use the bathroom before I could go home. I asked her several time to help Mr get up and walk she kept saying I'll be back in ten minutes to help you never came back. I was in recovery from 12:45 pm to 6:30 pm I felt very ignored and not worth her time.
The surgical staff is amazing. After being taken to the room the RNs and CNAs are caring and incredible. The physical therapy staff are amazing to. Thanks for taking such amazing care of my mom.
My 15 month old son had to get stitches and we went in there and was taken back to our room with in 3 minutes and the staff was great. My baby was stitched and we were out of there within the hour! We were very happy with the service and bedside manor
Fast, efficient care. I visited the infusion center. Supreme customer service. Best care I have ever received at a hospital. Thank you!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I had 3 c sections and more recently a unexpected stay in intermediate care. I am happy to say I have never had a bad experience at Ogden Regional. I've especially appreciated all of the wonderful nurses, they've made each stay comfortable and I've always left feeling well taken care of.
