First off website misleading…why have items listed as “in stock” when your order go direct from other manufacturers. Also item I ordered in big letters says “3-5days delivery”. I chase the order up a week later to be told “it clearly states 3-4weeks”….yeah in small writing at the bottom of the page if you scroll down….so a poor start. I then email the company 2days before due delivery date to a blunt response “You were already informed delivery the 9th so contact me then for an ETA”…..And here we are today I ring the contact... read more
