Exceptional service. Nat and Aya were very attentive and polite. Nat greeted me warmly at the door & Aya was so lovely at the tills, she double checked that my shoes were the both the correct size and too the time to gently repackaged them. Great customer service is honestly so rare these days, so I really appreciate how kind the Stratford office team was.
