Last year June, I ordered a Serena cut slippers for £39.99 for collection and didn’t get the chance to pick it up. In the email it said if I don’t collect by a certain time, OFFICE will send back to the retailers. Great experience, the staff were all lovely and helpful
Staff were talking in a circle ignoring customers. I had to go and ask them for some shoes. Surely they should be watching and being attentive to their customers.
Came in just for a bit of looking but the staff was so nice and helpful. I was being served by a very friendly Serena that helped me pick a lovely pair of shoes ❤️
⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely poor customer service – made to feel accused of fraud I purchased Adidas trainers from Office on 22 December as a Christmas present for my wife, sold and labelled as size 5.
