Very helpful staff in this store! I went to buy sandals for my daughter. Emily helped us choose the sandals and gave great advice. I had issues paying with my mobile phone, which took about 10 minutes to sort out. Emily was very patient with us, and kept chatting while we were waiting. Great experience today! We will return soon x
I love shopping in Office and often shop on line but have been trying to support the High Street recently. I was in the Liverpool store today and a woman had a dog in there, sniffing around the shoes and sitting on the seats. I find this totally unhygienic and this will put me off shopping in store again. Why do department stores feel it necessary to allow dogs in. I appreciate assistance dogs should be allowed in but dogs in general should be banned in shops.
I was initially a little nervous when I entered the store, but I was quickly approached by Will. He was able to quickly identify the shoe I needed, and even though it wasn't in stock, he helped me place an online order. George took over for the online order, and his service was also brilliant. Very informative and professional! Both Will and George are a credit to Office. Thanks again!
