I experienced really rude treatment from staff here. I had to go out of my way to get their attention to ask for a size to try on, they seemed to be avoiding eye contact and interaction with customers. A staff member brought the shoes out for me to try on about 10min after I asked for them. I recently visited the store and asked a staff member (whose name I didn’t catch) to check if my size was available. She told me it wasn’t and suggested I look upstairs. I had already checked the website and knew the size was in stock. Later, another staff member named Chloe approached us (junior & men’s section) and asked if we needed help. She checked the system, confirmed the size was available, and went upstairs to get the shoes for me. Chloe was patient, friendly, and very helpful — 5⭐️ for her customer service.

Just went into store to get a pair of shoes. Shoe selections are nice, but really poor customer service. Two chubby women in the counter are absolutely rude and roll their eyes when we asked to check out and they were giggling in front of us after whispering to each other. This store needs to hire more courteous staff. And they take 20 to 30 mins to go get different size of shoes.
