ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED I HAVE BEEN GIVEN DIFFERENT ANSWERS BY 4 DIFFERENT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS AND I STILL DON'T KNOW WHEN MY PACKAGE WILL BE DELIVERED.

Thank you for forwarding Mr. Alexander S.'s review to me. Our customer's order was lost in transit through UPS. Our customer was contacted by our Transportation Manager to reship the order, but our customer declined. Instead our customer requested a refund for the delivery order. I have approved full credit for the delivery order, and I am sending our customer $160 electronic gift card inviting him to shop with us.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced in all my years of dealing with business establishments. Office Depot had the most incompetent, unprofessional and untrained manager ever. I went into Office Depot to take advantage of a clearance sale and everything was going fine until I was forced to complain about a sales person's rudeness. Went to the store today to buy an open neon sign. Half off since the store is closing. Hooked it up. Wrong cord was in the box and sign doesn't work. Went back to exchange it. Guess what? Other sign doesn't work. Went back and tried to look for another one and none were left. I was told by the store manager that I would have to pay online full price. Called office depot and they said the same thing. So basically I am stuck with no sign. These boxes were obviously open and repackaged which is super illegal. The two identical ... read more
