Did not! Believe for a minute they would meet the delivery to Aberdeenshire in 24 hrs. Ordered 2pm delivered next morning Fantastic comfortable chair , easy assembly great price
Purchased an ergonomic office chair. Ordering was straight forward and delivery quick. The instructions however were a bit poor. Luckily I found an extremely similar chair (the biggest difference was the chair's name) on a competitor website which also had an assembly video which was very easy to follow. I suppose this could be considered a suggestion.
