Sharn was amazing and super helpful with both me and my mum! Left with 3 pairs of shoes :)
I unfortunately couldn’t buy anything today as no size . But Cha was outstanding with her customer service. Unfortunately the other three who I tried to talk to first ( young girl , two lads ) couldn’t be bothered to stop their chat and help me with my questions. So it is a one star for them . But Cha is a definite 5 . Thank you for your help and knowledge on Hoka trainers .
