It has now been about 36 hours and there is still blood all over our lobby. A bunch of residents from the building have been trying to get someone to clean it up and everybody just tells us they can't do anything about it. While making phone calls to official building supervisors we were hung up on multiple times. Parties go on nearly 24/7 and all Off-Broadway will do is write a note "warning" them. I have had so many matinance problems here and they refuse to fix them. For example my refrigerator was leaking and they did nothing about it. The rules are very strictly enforced, feels like a dorm. Also the front doors won't lock so there is free access to anyone who wishes to come in. Furthermore, the parking lot is full of homeless people who live under the covered parking. I strongly suggest that no one lives here.
Best apartments ever! The staff is so friendly and always here to help. Also the apartments are amazing! Definitely recommend everyone to live here.
If I could have written this post without even giving them one star I would have. This place and management is horrible. They act so friendly on the tour and then do nothing for you once they have your money. The maintenance is one guy who can do nothing and there are tons of fruit flies and trash in the hallway constantly. The fire alarms are constantly going off or are out of battery and beeping. I've lived here for 2 years now and have really enjoyed my experience! I love the apartment styles and big spacious rooms! They apartments are super easy to decorate and has a friendly atmosphere!
