I regret living here so much. If you’re a young college student or young professional you will not enjoy this place at all. The positive reviews here are all fake. No one works at the leasing office for long and every manager is literally so incapable that you realize Off Broadway is a joke. They’ll lose rent checks and then try to evict you, take lunch breaks but never return for the day, say there is a two pet rule per unit but not enforce it, and rent out rooms in your unit without a 48 hour notice. Place is a F n dump. If your parent do not let your child live there. They will tell you that the electric bill is around $30 per month but it’s more like $160-180. Everything is electric. My daughters room on the fourth floor has two electric water heaters, electric stove and A gas furnace. The complex has one maintenance man that over sees a couple of complexes. The office staff is super friendly and helpful. The apartments are a great size for the price.
The elevator has been broken for four months, leaving residents who use wheelchairs stranded in their apartments or on the main floor. Completely unacceptable.
This place is not in compliance with the Americans With Disabilities act. Residents with disabilities are unable to access their apartments because elevators are broken for months and handicap parking spots are not adequately marked, leading to non-handicapped vehicles parking there and no one can do anything about it.
Off Broadway hasn’t fixed the elevator for 4 months which has effectively trapped they’re disabled tenants. The handicapped spaces are also improperly marked which means that their disabled tenants can’t park in the designated spaces.
Don’t bother living at Off Broadway this building is infested with roaches. If you live on the 4th floor you’re going to have many issues from leaking ceilings to disgusting roaches crawling all over your walls. I have been patiently waiting for this situation to resolve its self but it has continued to get worse each day since move in. This building should be shut down for health and hazard!
I love it, super affordable and the rooms are huge. Walking distance from the DASH and Bridge st.
