Off Broadway was a great living option for me! I love the bricks walls and vaulted ceilings that the community offers. Lobby appears to be cleaned on a regular basis and the leasing staff is always very friendly and helpful! I would recommend the property to anyone looking for student housing!
Great place to live. Large bedrooms with with large windows that let plenty of sunlight in. Great amenities.
Off broadway is very conveniently located building with larger rooms. The high ceilings and exposed brick in the rooms offer tenants an at-home feeling. The closets are big and there is a lot of natural light that enters each room. The office staff often organizes complex activities to help people connect with each other through out the building. I’ve enjoyed my experience renting at Off Broadway. The property manager was always very fair and reasonable. Carpets were replaced within the first week of living here. My bedroom is very spacious and has great natural light from the large windows. I would recommend this property to anyone.
Mostly residents in their 20’s, relaxed environment. Nice location and free parking. After graduating not recommended, not long term. Pros:spacious, unique, close to downtown, Cons:always smells like weed, not super clean,
so far its been horrible for me and i havent been here my first month staff is friendly and really nice but this is party central for young kids do not move here if your an older adult such as me if there are older people or around my age i havent met them yet i come home and so far everyday theres a party i hear people having sex all the time ..thin walls .... theres puke in a few places on the wooden sidewalk outside for everyone to see but yea i dont recommend this place to anyone that works alot or can stand being around... read more
They need better management that are willing to help you. I am so unhappy living here. I truly am miserable and I can not wait to move out. Nothing but negative experiences since I've moved in.
