The units are really nice but some of the residents are very entitled and therefore they don't care about the property. This year we had fights in the parking lot, holes busted in the hallways every other week. Of you don't like to be woken up by drunk people pulling the fire alarm, don't live here. It happens way to often. They are not good with letting you know your packages have arrived and have listed a couple of mine. The manager is really nice and caring. The problem isn't the management it's the ignorant residents.

At the time I was living there it was awful. Upon moving in during the heat of the summer the air conditioning unit did not work, which they did not repair for over a month leaving us to live in 96 degree or hotter heat for weeks. They promised us rent credit but never followed through. Constant noise issues and abhorrent conditions of public areas. Dealt with human vomit in our hallways for over a week before I finally cleaned it up, after the cleaning crew did not show for over a week.

Constant fire alarms. Dirty apartment and communal spaces. Delayed repairs. No weekend assistance. Minimal consequences to those who break the "rules". Lack of clear communication with the staff. Oh and there is a surprise carpet cleaning due at the end of you lease. The best part of living there was the day I moved out (a month early I would add).

These past 8 months have been exceptional. This was my first year living away at school and I could not have picked a better apartment complex! The units are so nice and spacious. I love the convenience of being right down the hall from an ATM, fitness room, and the leasing office filled with such pleasant staff! Also, I love that I have the ability to just ride my bike to school everyday, great location.

These past 8 months have been exceptional. This was my first year living away at school and I could not have picked a better apartment complex! The units are so nice and spacious. I love the convenience of being right down the hall from an ATM, fitness room, and the leasing office filled with such pleasant staff! Also, I love that I have the ability to just ride my bike to school everyday, great location.
