Staff where loverly, place needs urgent upgrade the difference between this odeon and every other one I have visited is crazy, if this had been my first experience with odeon I would never had tried another one period.
I took my son to this cinema today for his first ever cinema trip. James, Ruth and Jack all went above and beyond to make this a special experience including stickers, balloons and an upgrade to the comfier seats (as my son isn't quite heavy enough to keep the folding ones down!) Absolutely amazing experience and customer service. Thank you!
Visited other day on Friday for Superman movie but cinema is not modern style, the seats are hard and old and cinema looks like a theatre, little bit smell as well
