Went to see a movie, and ended up in a screen with only one other person, who was sitting on the other side of the screen. I ended up getting an important text, so responded. I was asked very rudely be a member of staff to put my phone away. I would have thought it was perfectly reasonable if there were more people in there, as it ruins the experience for others, but there was only one other customer who was far enough away my phone was not affecting him. I had a very poor experience. I visited on 26th April 2025 and was in Screen 5. The whole place stank, the seating was poor, and as the rows were on the same level, our views was obstructed by people's heads.
