Very rude and nonchalant service. My family and I travelled extremely far, paid a lot in transport to get to the cinema for us to be turned away at the door because my nephew did not have his id. I understand it’s the law, however where is the costumer service, the empathy, the compassion from the staff? Shihab, I’m guessing you are the manager? Today my friends and I visited the cinema for Enhypen's VR concert. It was honestly a great experience and we hope there will be more in the future! A special thanks to staff member Archel, she was really kind and professional, made sure everyone was happy including my friends. She had a great vibe and was very approachable.
