Staff absolutely excellent Ambassadors for the Odeon. We went to see Downton - great film but Screen 5 was not just cold it was absolutely freezing. Staff member apologised and said there was a problem - it was if the air con was turned on full. I felt quite ill when we came out. I stayed because it l was with others who had paid for me and who really wanted to see the film.
Cinema itself is good, modernized screens and good morning experience. Minus one star because they always seems to have an issue with food serving cafe downstairs, there either no card machines working, or not enough staff or longer wait etc etc
