Lights on throughout movie. Apparently this is the new policy due to health and safety. Won’t be going back because it’s pointless as totally ruins experience when the room is lit
Terrible customer service
Really great staff, plenty of parking, generally not too busy. Unfortunately some of the seats in some of the screens are showing signs of age/use. The are managed well and not booked/sold when they are in need of a little TLC.
It gets a star because it has an IMAX screen and another star because the staff are all great. The food is awful and expensive. Tickets are expensive. So many better options for cinemas in the area. Unless you want IMAX.
