Disappointing experience. Treated myself to a daytime screening on a day off. Great film, staff very nice but mice scurrying around screen 2. I moved a couple of times, didn't help. I'm luckily not terrible with mice but it was off putting and distracting. On reporting it to the staff they took a report and tried to compensate, however I won't go back to this cinema. Shame because the seats and screen are great!

Inside, this is a very nice cinema with 2 screens, clean lounge, facilities and shop area. Tickets are a bit pricey but they do provide everything that is promised on the website. Haven't encountered any faulty seats and both floor and seating looked clean. As a former Putney resident my only issue is the outside of the building and the area around which looks like a combination of a bombed Syrian town and a homeless ridden street in San Fran. Comfortable seats, great screen and sound. Usual overpriced snacks and drinks. It isn't their fault that Naked Gun 2 is a bit of a duffer!

5 star experience due to staff Our screening was cancelled and we weren't informed. Alyssa was on the front and was very apologetic and organised a refund immediately. Hopefully will see Fantastic 4 next week
