We went to watch the new superman on Sunday 13/7/2025. The sound was ridiculously loud. The comments from several folk after the movie was that it was w-a-a-ay too loud. I had to block my ears for about 85% of the movie and I still heard everything. Does this cinema have no regard for the health and safety of their patron’s hearing?!?!? No wonder the seats are empty…. Who’s going to pay that kind of money to have their hearing damaged?
I go to this cinema regularly as it’s my local and I usually love it and have nothing bad to say about it. But today was the 2nd time in the past couple of months where I’ve gone to a screening that has just been absolutely freezing cold. Like unbearably cold. The AC was turned up stupidly high for our viewing of superman today. Despite my boyfriend and several other people going to complain to the staff, nothing was done. Nice, clean and quiet place. Was not crowded on my visit. Spacious seating with recliners. Staff is very helpful.
