The only place I will see films in Leeds. Literally no point going anywhere else for big films once you've been here, especially with the Dolby Cinema. Staff always really friendly & accommodating. Thanks also to manager John who very kindly sorted us out when there was issues with the screen for our original showing.
Sunday 22nd Visit. Screen1 - Seat G13&14 We went to our seats and the first thing i noticed was the tatty upholstery. The next thing we noticed was a load of nuts in the cup holder.. it was clear thee had been no cleaning inbetween films.. I have a slight nut allergy so i refused to sit there and went to get our seats changed. The toilets are a complete shambles… 5 toilets were out of order, 2 toilets were blocked & 2 toilets has no paper in them… so out of the 12 toilets only 3 were usable. Great venue and good surrounds places however the location for me was a bit secluded. Still overall great experience
