Bins always overflowing, drinks machines regularly broken or run out of things. Last time I wanted one of the freestyle drinks about 80% of the options had run out and none of the staff knew how to refill it so they left people building up for about 15 minutes before just handing out bottled drinks instead . Last time I missed the start of my film as they'd run out of popcorn and weren't telling people until after they'd ordered and paid so we were left waiting 15 minutes.
