This isn’t Luxe or any type of luxury experience. Recliners are broken regularly and they claim we can’t give trays because someone fell but you get a tray at other Odean’s. Do you realise this is a consideration when deciding what to buy - would you buy less at the supermarket if you couldn’t use a bag - yes. Yesterday 3 staff hung about talking whilst we struggled to carry our £50 of food for three to our seats struggling to open doors. It was circa 4:40 if you want to watch your cameras. Gone to this cinema for years and always enjoyed it but recently the audio has been consistently wonky at this location. Saw The Naked Gun yesterday and from the ads all the way through to the end credits the audio was wrong. It sounds as though the mix being used is deliberately boosting dialogue. This is obvious as the sound effects and music are noticeably far too quiet and almost inaudible at parts but the dialogue is very loud.
